metal studs, prefabbed metal trusses, and glass mat
sheathing. The brick columns accented the EIFS coffered
ceiling.
POINTS OF INTEREST: Upon completion, our company was
given a Builders Exchange Craftsmanship Award "in
Recognition of Exceptional Craftsmanship".

The Easthaven Apartments was primarily a drywall project in Cleveland, OH. It entailed some metal stud furring and
acoustical ceiling work, as well. We were subcontracted to supply and install resilient channel on the walls and
ceilings. This fast track job required over 200,000 SF of gypsum board on the walls and the ceilings. Acoustically
enhanced drywall was utilized in some locations to help with sound deadening.
2,000 SF small interior remodel of the Northeast Ohio Girl Scouts corporate offices. Our package includes some new
light gauge metal stud walls, patching existing walls, matching existing drop ceilings, and ACT replacement.
