This project involved 2 additions and over 25,000 SF of work. Our carpenters worked closely with the GC and hospital staff to keep the hospital open during construction. Our subcontract included: interior demolition, metal stud walls, ext. sheathing, drywall, tile backer board, clean room ceilings, insulation and firestopping.

Laser Spine Institute - Mayfield Hts., OH

33,075 SF complete demolition and buildout of existing space. The 2-story institute features oval-shaped drywall clouds, curved soffits, and high-end acoustical ceilings. Gasketed clean room grid and ceiling tile were required for the operating rooms and corridors.

Progressive Quality Care - Warrensville Heights, OH

73,200 SF ground-up nursing home (52,000 SF of which was built using metal studs). At the time, this was the largest project that we had been a part of. Expert Construction was the exterior framing and interior contractor. This project, along with our company, were featured in Inside Business Magazine.
